I’ve been taking glutathione products for a while now, and I have finally reached my end goal!
Now that I’m at the end of my glutathione journey, I can say that it truly takes patience and consistency, and this holds true to whatever glutathione product that you choose to use (i.e. Ivory Caps, Gluta 9000, or Gluta 200000).
Another thing to make note of is that it may take longer for glutathione to lighten your skin if you are of a darker complexion.
There were many days that I doubted my progress and just thought that I was wasting my time, effort, and money, but I kept with it.
The moment that I knew that I had FINALLY reached my goal was when my mother noticed how light I had gotten.
She is nearly totally blind, but she does have some of her vision.
Even with her bad eyesight, she could tell that my skin had lightened up.
My father also made comments about my skin; he asked me what I was doing because my face looked clearer.
Also I recently took a picture with my best friend who was about a shade or two lighter than me when I first started the process; the photo showed that I’m now a couple of shades lighter than her!
Like I mentioned in previous articles, my goal was not to become white or to be anything that I wasn’t already before.
My ultimate goal was to reverse the results of years of being out in the sun and return to the complexion that I was born with.
Well, I’ve finally done it!
Here are the pics to prove it, from day 1 to the pictures that I took this morning.
I hope that you’ve found my blog to be helpful, and don’t worry.
I will still make posts and keep the site up-to-date.
Now I plan to move into maintenance mode, and I will share my thoughts and experiences about that.
If you have any thoughts, questions, or comments, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment or to email me.
Well, that’s all for now, take care!
